Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of TigoMeet. By using the site or the matching experience it leads to, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not just linked — please do read them.
1. The Service
TigoMeet is a matching and live video conversation service. You tap Match, the system pairs you with another available adult, and the two of you meet in a live 1-on-1 video call. There is no content feed, no posting, and no public profile browsing — the service is the match and the conversation that follows it, nothing else.
2. Adults Only
The service is strictly for people aged 18 or over. By entering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to use an adult-oriented video-chat service in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you may not use TigoMeet.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for anything illegal, and not to:
- harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
- share or request illegal content of any kind;
- record, capture, or redistribute another person's video or audio without their consent;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or age;
- solicit money, gifts, or personal financial information from other users;
- interfere with the operation of the service or other people's use of it.
Breaking these rules can get you reported, blocked, and removed from the service. Other users can end any call at any time, and so can you — leaving is always allowed.
4. Virtual Services
The app may offer virtual services or items — for example, coins or similar in-app features — that can be purchased or earned. Virtual items have no cash value, are not refundable except where required by law, and cannot be exchanged for money. Any pricing and purchase terms are presented at the point of purchase inside the app.
5. Your Account and Conduct
Where the app provides an account, you are responsible for everything that happens under it and for keeping your access credentials to yourself. You are also responsible for your own conduct in every conversation: what you say, show, and share on a call is your choice and your responsibility. Assume that anything visible to your camera is visible to your match.
6. Other People's Conduct
TigoMeet matches you with other adults, but it does not control what any individual says or does in a conversation, and it cannot guarantee that every match will be a good one. If someone crosses a line, end the call and use the report and block tools inside the app. Never send money or share financial details with someone you met through matching, and treat requests for either as a red flag.
7. Availability and Changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Features may change, and availability may vary with maintenance, network conditions, or how many people are matching at a given moment. These terms may also be updated from time to time; the current version always lives on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept the update.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TigoMeet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including the conduct of other users, conversations that don't work out, or interruptions to the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You use the service at your own discretion, and you are responsible for how you use it: what you share on camera, what you agree to in conversation, and what you choose to do after a call ends. Common sense is part of the terms, even though it can't be a clause.
9. An Independent Service
TigoMeet is an independent video-chat service and is not affiliated with Tigo or tigo.chat. Similarity in search results is not a relationship; the service, its rules, and its community are its own.
10. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and TigoMeet about the service. Questions about the terms can be sent to the contact listed in the app.
